OUR STORY.

Founded in 2023 by Paul Caron, our company was born out of a mission to revive the sense of pride and craftsmanship that is unfortunately fading in the flooring industry.

His journey began as an apprentice in the Brick and Allied Craft Workers Union, evolving into a journeyman tile setter. Stepping beyond the union, Paul played a pivotal role in establishing WNY Tile & Stone Corp., transitioning from foreman to project manager. His contributions were instrumental in propelling the company to become one of the largest flooring contractors in New York state. The experience garnered over the years has shaped Paul’s vision for Northern Integrity Tile & Stone Inc.

With 14 years of industry expertise under his belt, Paul proudly serves as the owner and operator of the company. Northern Integrity Tile & Stone Inc. is more than just a business; it’s a commitment to excellence and a dedication to setting new standards in the industry.
